I had good results with Vioxx.  I took it once a day, it had relatively few side effects.  Vioxx acts as an anti-inflammatory, and didn't seem to be habit forming.  I did find that it slowed me down a little mentally, but not as much as the other drugs. 

Update: Vioxx has been pulled from the market because of side effects.  Many people who have taken Vioxx are participating in class action lawsuits.
